Heidi Hess von Ludewig

Heidi is an Open Organization Ambassador for over 5 years and has created videos, and written book chapters and articles for opensource.com on collaboration, community, Open Management, and Open Leadership. Most recently, she led the creation of the Open Leadership Definition and accompanying Open Leadership Assessment. Her passion for using open source values to create an innovative and engaging culture stems from her research on creativity and innovation in the workplace, where she studied work systems and their effect on employees and teams.
