Arundeep Nagaraj (Arun) is the leader of Solutions Architects and Developer Experience Engineering at AWS Amplify, where he is currently creating exceptional developer experiences with the solution that lets frontend web and mobile developers easily build, ship, and host full-stack applications on AWS. With over a decade of experience in working with global teams, customers and developers, Arun has a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and delivering products that exceeds expectations. He is skilled at building strong relationship with stakeholders and teams, fostering culture of effective collaboration and continuous improvement. He has demonstrated experience in influential and technical leadership, customer success, building diverse teams, navigating complex organizational structures, and workflow innovation.

Outside of his primary role, he spends time coaching and mentoring MLH Fellows and enjoys playing sports (Basketball, Tennis and Chess).
