Session: Open Automation and the Future of DevSecOps
The definitions of continuous integration and continuous deployments have been muddled over the past 20 years. There hasn’t been any real innovations in the space other than new marketing terms. In this talk we will look at how automation and AI/ML will force a change in the coming years with examples of how you can achieve integrated workflows with an open platform approach. We will look at an example for an event driven architecture by utilizing components that can be shared and reused to enable self service while maintaining security and compliance. Finally, we will look at how you can build your own components to satisfy change management requirements while collecting data that can be used to optimize flow metrics.
