Session: Lessons I Learnt on Ownership

When we use open source software downloaded from the web or from GitHub, it is often easy to use and to go on with our work. We assume that it is free and that all is good. In fact in the early days of open source, cost was a big driver for the adoption of open source. But use and ownership come with certain costs and responsibilities. Just like a free puppy who came into your house needs to be cared for to live, open source software needs caring and feeding. This talk is about owning your use and work in open source, and developing an ownership mindset in life.
