Artificial intelligence (AI) software has exploded in the corporate and technology landscapes, and Red Hat is right there helping to lead the way.

Rapid advancements in AI have created a new frontier in business innovation. Significant progress in computing power, data storage and algorithms have enabled the development of more sophisticated AI systems. Improved software deployment processes like containerization and orchestration will advance AI and machine learning (ML) applications in both reach and scope. For example, now developers can build, deploy and manage AI/ML workloads in a scalable and efficient manner with generally available solutions like Red Hat OpenShift Data Science and NVIDIA AI-ready Enterprise Platform.

At the same time, Red Hat’s OSPO has been assisting with the Open Source Initiative (OSI) Deep Dive: AI panels, which aim to create an open source definition for AI. It’s not simple; there are many facets of AI that don’t fit neatly into the Open Source Definition. Red Hat is proud to be working with the OSI to help define this new open source technology frontier.

At All Things Open 2023, we will also demonstrate that everything that we do is about open source: our technology, our processes, and our culture. We are excited to see you all here soon in our hometown of Raleigh!
